Talent Quest 2007

L.I.V. Entertainment is proud to offer Montana singers opportunities to be recognized in the marketplace.  Opportunity for talented individuals is one of the core values which spur our drive to grow and grow.

Talent Quest - First Annual Karaoke Competition

Talent Quest is a national singing contest held in Laughlin, NV where over 250 singers compete for substantial cash prizes and market exposure.  Contestants who participate go through local competitions in their individuals cities from February to June.  The winners from the Local competitions advance to the Regional finals which are held in July and August.  L.I.V. Entertainment holds a Regional position with Talent Quest, which means that the qualifiers from the Local contests in Missoula and surrounding areas must compete at our Regional site to advance to the national contest. 

The Missoula Downtown Association (MDA) and L.I.V. teamed up in 2007 to send the very first Montana’s ever to the Talent Quest 2007.   The Regional Final was held in Caras Park on August 30^th.  Twenty contestants competed for two spots at the national contest.  The competition drew a crowd of 1500 which stayed until after dark to see who won.

Congratulations Ashley Huggins and Jeff Daniel for advancing on to the Talent Quest 2007!

Ashley and Jeff competed in Laughlin, NV the last week of September 2007 and had a great time meeting new people and traveling around the area.  Whitney joined them as a judge for the country/western category.  Both performed great on stage. 

Jeff is one of the best singers I have heard, he has a quality to his voice that raises the hair on your arms and envelops the audience.

Ashley projects her passion for singing through her whole being on stage and riveted the audience.
